Application:
In-line 6 Cylinder 2.8L 4 Cylinder 2004-2007 Chevrolet Colorado GMC Canyon 2002 GMT360 (Chevy Trail Blazer, GMC Envoy, Olds Bravada). 
Holding the camshafts at T.D.C. to ensure proper timing when servicing cams, gears, chains, etc. is important.
J-44221 is a metal plate positioned over the ends of the camshaft to prevent rotation. without disturbing timing.
