Headrest Release Tool J-42362

This is a G.M. specific tool, check your workshop manual if this is the right tool for your application.
This is a used item, as shown in pictures, item is in good working order.

CATERA The entire headrest retainer assembly is under the seat covering.
The access hole for the retaining clip is not accessible.
The clip can only be depressed through the top of the retainer along the headrest posts.
